Therefore, this offering requires a 3-month commitment though I usually suggest 6 months of us working together. My coaching style is unique because of my 15+ years of personal experience with therapy, meditation, reading, studying, researching, breath work, etc — I will insist you to do the same. Our work together will include include practical, mental and emotional deep dives utilizing both my intuitive awareness with your own.
